Since then, with love and dedication, his family has cultivated not only an exceptional bean but also the passion for this drink that would become a generational legacy.

Generation after generation, the family perfected the art of cultivation and fermentation, passing on their secrets and artisanal techniques. Coffee became a source of livelihood, a symbol of family unity and tradition.

But the family's dream was not limited to the Colombian mountains. Two members of the family ventured to the vibrant city of Austin, Texas, and one of them made it their home.
